The head is finished now (except for attaching to the body and the eye lids.)
The inser is resting comforably under the wing coverts so now it is time to start
forming the feathers on the other wing to accept the other set of primaries.
Because the bird is in a relaxed pose, the primaries will be touching but not crossed.
Time to get to work on more feathers. The "fast" work is almost completed and the remaining
steps will go slower.
